Love novels? Then read them on! Be it on Kindle or your mobile phone, develop a habit of reading. It will soothe you during self-isolation and prevent any chances of getting depressed.
#Exercise, meditate, yoga
Feeling a bit well? If your body allows, practice mild exercise, yoga session or meditation. It will help boost your immunity and will get you out of the sick-bed sooner than you can imagine.
#Don’t overthink
